With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara A Ramser (Louisville, Kentucky), who passed away on August 4, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ellington and Mary Carmel Riney Ellington; and her father-in-law Emmett Ramser Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Emmett Charles Ramser, Jr.; her sons, Daniel (Megan), Matthew and Andrew; her grandson Dawson; her siblings, Frank Ellington (Kathy), John Ellington (Beverly) and Maureen Lintner (Jon); and her mother-in-law Pat Ramser. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
