She is survived by: her children, Debbie Pezzullo (Janson Honshell) and David Sheckles; her grandchildren, Desiree Pezzullo, Timothy Whitlock, Kenneth "Shane" Hillard, Savannah Geary and Jayden Geary; her siblings, Catherine Combest (Jerry), James "Eddie" Lewis (Patty), Jerry Lewis (Vicki) and Betty Lewis; her stepson Austin Baskerville; and her brother-in-law Mike Greater. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
