He is survived by: his wife Rita Smith; his daughters, Karen Oakley (Jason) and Kim Head (David); and his grandchildren, Erica Lewis (Connor), Joshua Head, Jonathan Oakley and Caleb Head.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Dr, Louisville, KY 40243). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oakwood Cemetery.
