She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Roger and Rosha Margaret Brewer; her husband Clarence George Koch; her daughter Terry Lynn Henson; her grandsons, Christopher Ray Henson and John Thomas Crow; and her brother Charles Roger Brewer, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Diana Crow, Tammy Ernst (Darrell), DeeDee Shaw (Robert), David Koch (Deborah), Denise Wigginton (David), Cheryl McClain (Bev) and Steve Koch (Loretta); her grandchildren, James Crow (Heather), Jennifer Crow, Michael Ernst (Margaret), Tommy Ernst (Casey), Jason Blair (Chelsea), Rob Shaw (Sam), Ashley Henson, Daniel Koch, Christine Cook (Chris), Jessica Skaggs (Danny), Ryan Diaz, Cory Koch (Morgan) and Clara Koch; her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Brett, Tobin, Kinsley, Lydia Joyce, Asher, Adaline, Abigail, Terra, Kristen, Carson, Colter, Finley, Amelia and Noah; and her great great grandchild Mehlani. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
