With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brooklyn Marie Embree of Louisville, Kentucky, born in Atlanta, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2026 at the age of 36. She was predeceased by: her father John Embree; and her grandparents, J. E., Clara Bull, John Henry and Marjorie Embree.
She is survived by: her mother April Embree of Mountainburg, AR.; her siblings, Natalie Lawrence (Brian) of Franklin, KY, Daniel Brown of Sarasota, Jovion Embree of Clarksville, TN and Jonathan Embree (Emerald) of Nashville, TN; her nieces, Audrey Lawrence, Jaymari Jones and Journee Embree; her close friend Danielle Shaffer (Hugh Joiner); Amelia.
