He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Silliman Pemberton; his son Charles B. "Chuck" Pemberton, Jr. (Monica); his sister Cherly Dobiesz; and his grandsons, Charles B. "Chas" Pemberton, III and Michael Thomas.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Highlands Funeral Home (3331 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40205). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Paul II Catholic Church (3539 Goldsmith Ln, Louisville, KY 40220). A burial was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at the Calvary Cemetery (1600 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205).
