We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2025, at the age of 94, Buel Cox in Louisville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Buel had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Buel may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora S. Cox and Dimmie J. Cox; and his siblings, Wendell, Stanley, Corky Cox, Gwen Paulley and Juanita Holt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
