She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Applegate and Rosa Lee Applegate (Travis). She is survived by: her children, Michael Amin (Christy) and Angela Amin; her grandchildren, Courtney Smith (Andy), Megan Darling and Jeremy Dennis; and her great grandchildren, Riley Smith, Wyatt Smith, Carlee Darling, Olivia Darling and Westley Smith.
