She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stephens and Georgia Stephens. She is survived by: her husband Ralph; her children, Candy Mulholland (Rick), Joe Richardson, Scott Richardson and Cindy Bouchard (Rob); her grandchildren, Katie Fish (Ryan), Sarah Mulholland, Ayla Richardson and Kolby Richardson (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Kevin Einspahr, Charlie, Kaylee and Carter Richardson. She is also survived by several siblings, extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Arch L Heady Funeral Home- Okolona Chapel (8519 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40219). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rita Catholic Church (8709 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40219). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery.
