She is survived by: her children, Henry Whitlock, Jamicka Whitlock, Deon Lewis and Brandon Lewis; and her aunt Rosa Kenney. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 siblings.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the One Accord Outreach Ministries (3605 Dixie Hwy, Shively, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
