He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Carolynn Richy; his father William Richy Jr. (Pauline Richy); his sister Rosemary Harley; and his mother Pauline Richy. He is survived by: his children, Lynette Heil (Cliff) and Jeffrey Richy (Brenda); his brother Gerald "Fritz" Richy; his grandchildren, Lauren Heil (Jared), Amanda Waldridge (Jacob), Blake Ward (Kendra) and Paige Ward (Jeff); and his great grandchildren, Colton Waldridge and Elijah Ward.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Crusade for Children or Hosparus of Louisville.
