He was predeceased by: his parents, Nan Azile Walton and Luther Clyatt McDaniel; his siblings, Barbara Sapp and Paul McDaniel; his former wife Betty Goodwin Walton; his granddaughter Cathleen Henderson; and his son-in-law Randy Henderson.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Walton; his daughter Debra Walton Henderson; his stepsons, Walter Carey, Jason Scott and Wesley Scott; and his sisters, Barbara Petersen and Elizabeth Honeycutt. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens East (11601 Ballardsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40241).
