He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Meagher Hartlage and Kenneth Lamar Hartlage; his brother Anthony Hartlage; his daughter Allison Carroll Hartlage; and his half-brothers, Kenny and Don Hartlage (Betty).
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Brenzel Hartlage; his sister Patricia King (Jerry); his sister-in-law Jocie Foushee (Steve); his mother-in-law Joyce Brenzel; his siblings-in-law, Joanie Brenzel and John Brenzel (Jouett); his daughter Christine (Brandon); his grandson Tristan; his sibling's children, Lenny (Kim), Barry Hartlage, Tricia Hartlage, Don Hartlage, Liz Hartlage, Kim Andriole (Mike), Kristin Nelson (Chris), Hope Nelson, Scarlett Shine (Jack), Francesca Hartlage, Mason Claire Hartlage, Robert, Thomas Andriole, William and Jack Brenzel; his cousins, Barnett and Meagher; and his friend Dr. Mark Crawford.
