He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Presley Sr. and Mary Frances Givens (Vincent). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Givens (Peters); his daughters, Danielle Warren (Scott) and Jennifer Doyle (Denny); his brother Sam Givens Jr. (Martha); his mother-in-law Margie Peters; Peanut.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ormsby Heights Baptist Church (2120 Lower Hunters Trace, Louisville, KY 40216). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at the Union Cemetery (9578 Caneyville Rd, Morgantown, KY 42261).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ormsby Heights Baptist Church or Butler County Animal Shelter.
