He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Gahafer, (Bryan) and Daniel Gahafer, Sr.. He is survived by: the mother of his children Pamela O'Banion; his children, Aaron Gahafer and Lyndsay Allen (Ryan); his siblings, Donald "Otis", David "Doc", Delores "Deede", Darlene "Lolly", Deana and Debora "Debbie"; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler and Tanner.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
