He is survived by: his wife Lisa O'Mary; his children, Danielle, Tony and Ryan O'Mary; his grandchildren, Bobby, Collin, Elizabeth, Camden and Bree; his mother Nola Barbara Claycomb O'Mary; and his siblings, Mike, Timmy, George, Bill, Sharon, Debbie and Maureen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bosse Funeral Home (1355 Ellison Ave, Louisville, KY 40204).
