He is survived by: his children, Nicole Stevenson, Adam Stevenson, Lauren Caple and Danielle Caple; his granddaughter Dawn Caple; and his siblings, Jerry Stevenson, Rita Winters and RoJeanna Pank (Paul).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42755). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
