He is survived by: his mother Lucille Johns Durham; his daughters, Lacey Durham and Morgan Duerson (Tristan); his siblings, Dennis, Eddie (Terrie), Bruce, Jonnie, Patty Beckstead (Chuck) and Angela Booker; and his granddaughters, Ana and Macie.
