He is survived by: his father Curtis Davis; his stepfather Eric Sawyers; his children, Austin Eaton, DaShawna Lester, TayShawn Cook, DaShawn Kelly, Jr., Daja Powell, David Burnett, Jatoya, Shakiera Lester and DayWain Brewer; his granddaughter Journei Ransom; his siblings, Temetrius Kelly, Tamika Battle, Carmen Stevens and Curtis Davis Jr.; and his aunts and uncles, Eleanor Kelly, Joan Carter, Gloria Gray (Ralph), Elmer (Linda), John (Diana), Elliott Kelly, Kenneth and Ned Davis (Sonia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the New Covenant Baptist Church (1190 S 40th St, Louisville, KY 40211). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
