He is survived by: his father David Hillary Clark, Sr. (Diane); his children, David Dwayne Clark, Sr. (Kristen), Hannah Lynn Nichole Clark and Megan Miller; his siblings, Joseph Clark, Douglas Hert, Charles Pepper, Jr. and Tina McKenney (Chris); his grandchildren, Jordan D. Ellis, David D. Clark, Jr., Dayten Clark, Nataleigh Lynae Lucy Clark and Candace Miller; the mother of his children Shannon Billiter; his parents-in-law, Teresa and John Singleton; and his close friend John David Lee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
