He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Cotton and Sarah Cotton; his wife Linda Faye Cotton; his children, Melissa Pack, Derek Cowan and Kindra Pack; his grandchildren, Jessica Sauer (TJ), Noah Pack, Cameron Pack and Jordan Pack; his sister-in-law Pennie Cotton; his cousin Karen Helm (Vance); and his friend Kim Adams. He was also cherished by numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272).
The family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
