Though David Earhart may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those David Earhart touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Catherine Earhart Miles and David Malcolm Miles of Louisville; and his stepmother Dorothy Ann Niemeier Miles. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Louise Driskell; his son David Judson Miles; his sister Mildred Lynn Miles Franks; his daughter-in-law Ming Wu; and his granddaughter Ashley Louise Miles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Central Presbyterian Church (318 W Kentucky St, Louisville, KY 40203). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
