He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Davin Smith (Angie) and Derek Smith (Sherri); and his grandchildren, Eliza, McKenna, Marley, Jet and Dalton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ratterman Brothers (12900 Shelbyville Rd, Louisville, KY 40243). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the North American Mission Board or Samaritans Purse.
