David leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. David’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew David will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Uel Harper and Ruby Pedigo Harper; his wife Carleen Harper; his stepson Kevin; his brother Duane Harper; and his nephew Steve.
He is survived by: his son Tom Harper; his stepchildren, Doug Clemons and Cathy Clemons; and his niece Cynthia Hendel.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Resthaven (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218).
