David Thomas Stickler Jr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2025, at the age of 87, David Thomas Stickler Jr. of Louisville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy M. Hillerich Stickler and David Thomas Stickler, Sr.; his son-in-law John Wise; and his brother James Stickler. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Schoenbachler Stickler; his children, Pamela Wise, Gregory T. Stickler, Cynthia M. Newsom (Paul), Brian Stickler (Teri), Becky McFee (Michael), James E. Stickler (Traci), Terri Pennie and Carla Blair (Billy); and his siblings, Harold Peak (Carolyn) and Etta Zwigard. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home (3800 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (7500 Tangelo Dr, Louisville, KY 40228). An entombment will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at the Resthaven Memorial Park (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218).
