He was predeceased by: his parents, William Blain and Elizabeth Blain; and his brother William A. Blain. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles P. Blain and Barbara S. Hall (John); his nephews, Jimmy, Billy and Mikie; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan, Ally, Lexi, Parker, Channing and Hadley.
