She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Ann Smith (Randell) of Leitchfield and Deborah Ware of Vine Grove, KY; and her sister Katie Jo Poteet of Louisville, KY.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; eleven great-great grandchildren.
