With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eileen I. Maloney of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 19, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Eileen find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Erle Maloney and Jean Buechel Maloney; and her sister Susan Maloney Hallenberg. She is survived by: her siblings, Pat (Gretchen), Tim (Maggie), Deedee (Tim) and Peter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home (3711 Lexington Rd, Louisville, KY 40207). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Frances of Rome Catholic Church (2119 Payne St, Louisville, KY 40206). A burial will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (1600 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205).
