He is survived by: his parents, Emily Callaway and Chris Callaway; his brother Chase Allen Callaway; his sister-in-law Andi Nicole Callaway; his grandparents, Randy, Colleen Manning, Charles "Chas", Cathy Callaway, Dianne, Steve Thomas, Garry and Linda Sturgeon; his aunts and uncles, Michael, Elizabeth "Izzie" Shaw, Troy, Amber Walls, Micah, Frannie Dyer, Brian, Kendra (Peyton), Casey, Becky, Ellie Dyer, Connor Callaway, Maggie Callaway and Maya Callaway; his cousins, Ben, Jared, Erin, Shane, Brittany, Matt, Ashley, Alec, Nic, Alayna, Dani, Alyssa, Levi (Evan), Cooper, Andrew, Noah, Baylen and Gracie; and his aunts and uncles, Tom, Debbie, Mark, Cheri and Charlotte.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Evan's name may be made to the Evan Callaway Memorial Fund.
