She was predeceased by: her former husband Dr. Gail R. Comfort; her parents, Patrick Motley and Rosemary Motley; and her brothers, Patrick and Thomas Motley.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Comfort (Joan), Paul Comfort (Paula) and Lisa Brooks (Richard); and her sister Kathleen Krings (Jerome). She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren great-grandchildren, and twenty-four great grandchildren.
