Though Frances is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Frances’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Susan Fox Compton; her sister Patricia Langan; and her mother Emma Langan. She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Joe" Fox; and her children, Karen Franczek (Stan) and Joseph Fox Jr.. She is also survived by her grandchildren; foster grandchildren; and many friends and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fern Creek Funeral Home (5406 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (7500 Tangelo Dr, Louisville, KY 40228).
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to WHAS Crusade for Children or Fern Creek/Highview United Ministries.
