She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford F. Haynes and Novel Lee Riley; her husband Forest Moore; her stepfather Edwin Christopher; her daughter Rhonda Wilson; her sister Judy Lee (George); and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Hargrove and Aiden Wilson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy Dunn (Hayes), Pam Martin (Dennis) and Butch Christopher; her daughter Debbie Zeitz; her grandchildren, Heather Zeitz and Dustin Wilson (Krystal); and her great grandchildren, Daylan Sulzer, Charleigh Hargrove, Cheyenne Hargrove, Remington Wilson and Avery Wilson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Arch L. Heady & Son-Cralle Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2428 Frankfort Ave, Louisville, KY 40206).
