He is survived by: his wife Penny Ference Harbin; his children, Edward Harbin (Jessica) of Jeffersonville, IN, Krystal and Kristopher Worthington of Louisville; his brothers, Larry Harbin (Patty) of Charlestown, IN and Donald Harbin of Lexington, IN; and his grandchildren, Chase Worthington and Greenley Harbin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
