He is survived by: his wife Margaret Deborah Newcom; his children, Elizabeth Hope Tate (Terry), William Ryan Micou (Michelle Donohue) and Elliott Noel Newcom (Sharyn Qureshi); his grandchildren, Zavier Elliott Newcom, Leighton James Newcom, Keelyn Jewels Micou, Atlas Taylor Tate, Truman Joseph Tate and Ayla Margaret Micou; and his brother Greg Newcom (Ann).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ratterman Brothers (12900 Shelbyville Rd, Louisville, KY 40243). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at the Cave Hill Cemetery (701 Baxter Ave, Louisville, KY 40204).
