He is survived by: his son Norman Lee Smith (Jeanetta Mason); his grandchildren, Christopher Lee Smith and Alyssa Renee Smith; his great grandchild Amelia Holly Rose Smith; and his siblings, Vicky Morrison, Jeff Smith (Missy), James Alan Smith and Lora Smith.
