She is survived by: her parents, Tina Walker (Joe) and William J. Haburne; her children, Cameron Butler and Rylee Witten; her siblings, Bryce Walker, Justine Haburne and Sierra Standifer; her grandparents, Linda Smith and William H. Haburne (Beverlie); her uncle James A. Yates; and her aunts, Denita Walker and Holly Haburne.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions in Hayley's memory be made to the Brain Injury Association of Kentucky, located at 7321 New Lagrange Rd., Louisville, Kentucky 40222.
