She was predeceased by: her father George Richard Davis; and her husband Daniel Cook Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Madge Osborne; her stepchildren, Sam Cook (Kathy), Connie Foley (Royce), Daniel Cook Jr. (Cathy) and Lisa Jones (Donnie); her half-sisters, Leslie and Irene; and her grandchildren, Allison Cook Wibbels (Andrew) and Alex Cook (Shea). She is also survived by six grandchildren.
