She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Janca and Helen Mazur Janca of Rowena; her husband Bennie Clark; her son-in-law Mike Millett; her siblings, Stella Laza (Emmett), Mary Davis, Olga Kissinger (Wayne), Lillie Kuhns (Fred), Eddie Janca and Albert Janca (Freida); and her siblings-in-law, Lettie Lowe (Craig) and Leslie Clark (Hazel).
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Clark and Debbie Clark Millett of Louisville; her grandchildren, George Richard Buckner III, Mickey Millett, Andrew Millett, Janca Millett and Tony Distler; and her siblings, Regina Goetz (Clarence), Viola Jenkins (Dennis) and Joe Janca (Pat). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, Muscular Dystrophy Association or Lifehouse Maternity Home.
