She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Boylan (John) and Jeannene Gray (Steve); her grandchildren, Troy Greenwell (Terri), Fred (Jessica), Krissy Johnson (Jeremiah) and T. C. Gray (Mandy); her great grandchildren, Gabbriell, Chance, Christian Greenwell, Zack, Dylan Johnson, Addie, Payton Gray, John Boylan (Kristi) and Trey; her grandchildren, Tara Duley (Chris), Mason, Sully and Vicki Harris (John); and her close friends, Emma Hayes, Joe Broyles, Mary Jo, Steve and Stephanie Dennison.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Homes Chapel.
