He is survived by: his children, Marran Neal McMillen (Karah) and Sunshine Neal McMillen; and his siblings, Janice Neal Ricketts (Red), Frandrea Neal (Tonie), Andrea Neal Rodriguez, Mitchelle Neal (Flee), Ainsley Neal (Clipper), Mark Neal and Worthington Neal (Toby). He is also survived by his two children, and living siblings.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the New Jerusalem Baptist Church (2973 Wilson Ave, Louisville, KY 40211). A memorial service was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
