He is survived by: his son Chet Allen (Lisa); his sister Jeanette Campbell (Eddie); his grandchildren, Amanda Gutterman, Taylor Reynolds (Justin), Zoe Allen, Noah Allen, Emma Allen and Sarah Allen; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Levi and Willa.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Homes - Dixie Highway (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Sunnyside Cemetery.
