She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin L. Carrithers; her parents, William Abrams and Della M. Rose Abrams of Olive Hill, KY; and her siblings, Emerald, Gene, Sam and Mary Rose.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey A; her daughter-in-law Elisa; her stepgrandson Wesley Zane Husband (Laura); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ava Joan, Frankie and Patrick.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial gifts may be made to the Louisville Heart Association, Cancer Research Foundations or Norton's Children Hospital.
