She was predeceased by: her brother Nathan. She is survived by: her caregivers, Nicole, Wendy, Felicia, Keisha, Rachelle and Gertie; her friends, Rob, Becky, Bridget and Erica; and her sister-in-law Sharon Koch.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
