He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Roseman Winfield and Ethel Adams Winfield; his wife Lila Hester Winfield; his siblings, Annie, Geri, Gladys, Juanita and Mike; and his friend Jewel Winfield.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Winfield (Robert Whiteman) of Louisville and Richard Winfield (Debbie) of Florida; his brothers, Glenn Winfield (Linda) and Larry Miller; and his extended family, Mike Whiteman and Hattie Whiteman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
