He is survived by: his children, Allen Phelps, David Phelps, Mary Norfleet (Ralph), Tommy Phelps (Lisa), Douglas Phelps (Blair), Dr. Michael Phelps, Andy Phelps, Kathy Sampson (Barry), Gary Lance and Tamara Lance; his grandchildren, Jason Norfleet, Abby Phelps, Dylan Phelps, Danielle Dietz (Jake), Elizabeth Phelps, DaCosta Phelps, Kasey Phelps, Michael Phelps, Rachel Phelps, Bradley Sampson, Brian Sampson, Kellie Gentry (Adam), Desea Lance and Will Lance; and his great grandchildren, Caleb Dietz, Zoey Dietz, Mila Dietz, Jakob Sampson, Emmalyn Sampson and Zoey Sampson.
Per his request, there will be no services, no donations, and no flowers.
