It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Leet (Louisville, Kentucky), who passed away on December 6, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jim Leet to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Leet and Mary Bland Leet; and his siblings, Diane Doyle, Michelle Anderson, Jeffrey and Ann Leet.
He is survived by: his wife Sherrin Wiegand Leet; his children, Shannon Leet-Hebestreit and Jason B. Leet (Jennifer R. Russ); his grandchildren, Samuel K. Hebestreit, Kailin Leet and Devin Sharp; his siblings, Gregory B. Leet (Penny) and Karen Tandy (Steve); and his brothers-in-law, Bill Doyle and David Anderson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Gabriel Catholic Church (5505 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
