Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mosaic United Methodist Church (8008 St Andrews Church Rd, Louisville, KY 40258). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery.
