She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Kushino (Brett Kushino) of Northbrook, Illinois and Michael Williams of Henderson, Kentucky; her nephews, Justin Williams (Kristi) and Sean Williams (Erica); her great-nephews, Dagen, Tayten and Merrick Williams; and her great-niece Hannah Williams.
