She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Gene Baize. She is survived by: her sister Jewel Young; and her sons, Jeff (Carol), Kenneth (Rebecca), Timothy (Melisa), Brian (Kathy) and Jonathan Baize (Cheri). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Resthaven Chapel (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218).
