He was predeceased by: his mother Onalee; his wife Debbie; his father John; and his son-in-law David. He is survived by: his children, Michelle (Tony), John (Amanda) and Meghan (Rob); his stepdaughter Missy (Jason); his grandchildren, Kody (Dezarae), JT (Kala), Bradley (Madelyn), Peyton (Brady), Hayley (Tristen), Mason, Avrey, Sierra, Ada, Chris, Elizabeth and Jason Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Audree, Tynleigh, Tripp, Colton, Stevie, Tate, Everett, Ethan, Lorelai, Sebastian and Romeo.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Center - Nunnelley Chapel (4327 Taylor Blvd, Louisville, KY 40215).
